And Hinge: Martin Wezowski

April 30, 2020 Kate Belew With Martin Wezowski

When I got to the edge of morning I said

Nothing, nothing I wanted to be out loud,

mornings, and edges, deserve the - all - of nothingness

So what are we left with? I lean on silence like I am drunk

and the quiet is  me, not a confirmation, not being,

but becoming, so each moment

relates to personhood the opposite of dissociation

the big confirmation of all the edges and all the mornings that makes

diner coffee taste so fucking good.

In the morning. On the edge. Come become

a windowsill with me, and hinge toward

the all, the us, us.
